Meet Your Health Coach

Lyn Johnson is a Certified Sleep Educator, Registered Sleep Technologist, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, holding degrees in Health Science, Psychology, and Biology. With a combined 17 years in sleep and nutrition, she has helped hundreds of people improve their overall well-being with improved sleeping and eating habits, as well as other lifestyle improvements. She is passionate about helping people in their individual journeys toward being their best and healthiest selves.
